- Primero. Declarar la nulidad de todo lo actuado en el tramite de la peticion de amparo presentada por el Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social contra el Juzgado
- Octavo. Laboral del Circuito de Barranquilla, a partir del auto del ocho (8) de septiembre de 2000, proferido por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla -Sala Civil-Familia-.
- Segundo. Por Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional remitase el expediente a la sala Civil-Familia del Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla, para que de manera inmediata se le imprima a la solicitud de tutela el tramite que corresponde, conforme a la Constitucion y a la Ley.
